Restaurants On the Island
At The Yankee Rebel Tavern you’ll experience regional cuisine in a historical period setting. Lunch offers unique salads, distinctive sandwiches, and homemade soups. Dinner entrees range from specialty salads, renowned Yankee Pot Roast, and fresh fish to Filet Mignon. Childrens menu available. Full bar with an extensive collection of wine by the glass.
Horns Bar established 1933, and a favorite fun spot of both locals, and visitors alike.
Offering traditional sandwiches, superb nachos, interesting salads, and soups for lunch. A variety of American and flavorful Southwestern appetizers and entrees for dinner. Childrens menu available. Full bar specializing in Margueritas. Live entertainment after 9:00 p.m. Check their website for a list of next season’s entertainment: Most of the bands play rock and roll, but whatever the genre, we gaurantee you’ll have fun at Horns!
Cawthorne’s Village Inn on Hoban Street, conveniently located a short walk from the Shepler’s Ferry docks. Famous for their Planked Whitefish.
